In these articles we are going to talk about logging in/ out of your account and also a couple of reasons and solutions to why you might have trouble logging in.



Logging in


In this article we are going to talk about the few easy steps required to access your account from any device. The login form can be found on the right side of our index page, this form is only going to ask you about the E-mail address you have used during your Registration, and the password you have chosen during the previously mentioned Registration process. Once you have filled out this form you are ready to log in to your account by simply clicking on the "Log in to my account" button as shown on picture 1. But before doing so you also have the possibility to have your account stay signed in by checking in the "Stay logged in" checkbox as shown on picture 2.

Logging out




In case you have checked the "Stay logged in" checkbox you can anytime log out by simply clicking on your profile in the top right corner of our homepage and then on the right side simply click on "check-out" as shown on picture 3. This feature is very much recommended in case you are using a friends computer or connect to a public network such as: Netcafés, or hotel lobbies.Further down in this article we will talk about common problems during the Login process. 



In case you have forgotten the password that you have given us or you assume your profile might have fallen under unauthorized hands, you can click on the "Password reset" option presented to you on our login page as shown on picture 4. In the next step you will be kindly asked to enter the E-mail address that you gave us during the above mentioned Registration process. Then just simply click on password reset as shown on picture 5. Once these instructions are completed you will be presented with a message saying "

Successful operation!

We've sent you your new password via email, please change it to a more personal one as soon as possible." this means we have sent you an E-mail with your temporary password we have set up for you. You can use this temporary password to log in. We recommend you inmediately change it in your "Account settings". If you still have trouble logging in you can just click on "Write us a letter" as shown on picture 5 to let us know about the difficulty you are experiencing and one of our colleagues will help you solve the problem.
